After you have placed an online order with OlomanaHawaii.com, you will receive two emails. The first email will confirm that we have received your order. The second email will confirm that your order has been shipped.

1. Tax and Handling

There are no additional handling or other hidden charges. A 4.712% general excise tax will be assessed on all orders.

2. Shipping Information

We ship to all 50 states in the US, including all Armed Forces postal designations (APO, FPO). Orders are generally shipped within three business day. We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), UPS Ground (7-10 business days) and UPS 2nd Day Air. However, if an item is out of stock we will advise via email with an estimated shippind date.

3. Return Policy

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, you may return an item for refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. Only items that have not been used, worn or washed may be returned. Please note that we do not refund or cover shipping charges. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of return of goods. This return policy is valid only for online purchases made at www.OlomanaHawaii.com. Product purchased at retail must be returned to the place of purchase and is subject to the return policy of the retailer/store from whom the purchase was made.

To return merchandise:

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for returns. To obtain an RA number, contact our customer service department via phone or e-mail support@OlomanaHawaii.com. Enclose a copy of the original packing list and keep the original for your records. Include a brief written description of why you are returning the product. Mark the outside of the box and the packing list with the RA number. Apply proper postage (no COD's will be accepted) and send to the address provided by our customer service department.

We recommend using a carrier service that offers tracking or delivery confirmation capabilities, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order.

** Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please feel free to contact our customer service department should have further questions.

**Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.

4. Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at support@OlomanaHawaii.com. If you wait until the goods are shipped, then you will be responsible for the cost of all shipping charges. Returned product should be in its original condition and packaging with your purchase invoice. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of cancellation.
